Who can Register ?

The competition is open to students from (Class - IX to XII) of different Schools and students of Colleges in and around Siliguri.
Candidates can participate in teams consisting upto 5 members.
IDEATHON allows students to address real-world challenges and develop innovative solutions
Participants will be able to connect with like-minded individuals and industry professionals.
Awards & Certificates, Knowledge Sharing, Current Technology Exposure, Interaction with Industry Experts.

Presentation Details

Every team participating in the event is required to submit a presentation along with the registration form. The presentation should focus on their chosen topic and adhere to the following guidelines:

Presentation Content:

Teams should cover key aspects of their topic, including problem statements, proposed solutions, methodology, and expected outcomes.
Ensure clarity and coherence in presenting ideas.

Slide Limit:

The presentation should not exceed a maximum of 8 slides
Conciseness and relevance are encouraged.

File Format

Submit the presentation in PDF format (Max 10 MB) only.

Submission Details:

The deadline for submission is ~~7th January, 2026~~ extended to 10th January, 2026.
Late submissions will not be considered.

Shortlisting Criteria

Evaluation Criteria:

Presentations will be evaluated based on content quality, clarity, and adherence to the specified guidelines.
Teams failing to submit the required presentation will not be eligible for participation.

Selection Details:

Rigorous selection round after the registration period through their submitted presentation.
Selected teams receive notification emails for final registration, submission details, and payment of a nominal registration fee of Rs 500 per team.
